Ehi, and for us non-US citizens? I live in Italy, I just tried to buy both volumes but I got notified that “Amazon can’t ship this product to your country”!
Please, can you make it available to worldwide shipment?

It’s my birthday in a week and I will be buying volumes one and two for myself. Because of its length, have you considered splitting up volume 3 into two books? If so, when can I buy it?
